We know how frustrating it can be to lose money in a vending machine due to an (occasional, of course) equipment malfunction, so we have set up the following three options to refund money.

Petty Cash Fund

We will provide a company assigned individual, usually a receptionist or human resources associate, with a $20 petty cash fund. Here, the individual can record the problem on our refund log sheet, notify us and refund the money immediately. When the fund gets down to $5, a simple phone call or fax will order replenishment. This is our preferred option due to the instant refund since many are on tight budgets and need the money back promptly to make another purchase.

Driver Reimbursement

A refund log sheet can be posted in the break room for people to record their problem. When our driver visits, he/she will leave refunds at the front desk for distribution.

Mail Method

Machine users will be instructed to call our toll-free number when they lose money to give their name and address and a check will be sent to their home or office for the exact amount. This is optimal for companies who want to limit involvement or who lack a secure place for a cash refund.
