- Cabinet shell is made of filled polypropylene. White and granite with blue top
- Frame is rigid, non-corroding, plastic base and the mid-pan is attached by four strong, galvanized tubular struts. The frame design allows for easy maintenance and refurbishment
- Top and drip tray are high impact, UV protected polystyrene, color matched to the cabinet, except for granite, which comes with a white top and drip tray. Tray is easily removed for cleaning
- Faucets have a child-resistant hot valve. Durable polypropylene, self-closing, no-drip faucets
- Dual mechanical float system controls water level in reservoir. Secondary safety float/valve mechanism activates in case of primary valve failure. Safety valve has a manual reset feature
- Cold water reservoir is type 304 stainless steel. External copper refrigerant coil. Reservoir insulation is removable, two-piece polystyrene jacket
- Cold water temperature is controlled by an adjustable thermostat with “off” position
- Refrigeration unit is a convection cooled condenser. Internally spring mounted, hermetically sealed compressor with automatic overload protector. No lubrication needed. Environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant is controlled by calibrated capillary tube
- Hot tank is type 304 stainless steel. 500 watt externally mounted band type heating element can be easily removed without draining the water from the cooler. Storage capacity is 1 1/2 quarts
- Automatic hot water thermostat is factory set at approximately 180° F – 190° F. Hot tank is protected by a heat limiter in the event of a thermostat failure. A hot tank on/off switch is located on the shelf and is easily accessible from the rear. An optional adjustable thermostat is also available
